Refund policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
Email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and you will get your money back. No form, no reason required.
Try it before you pay
Every installation of Braveli comes with a free month. The whole application is available during it, with no payment details taken. Nothing is charged until the trial ends and you choose to subscribe.
That is deliberate: you should know whether Braveli is worth ten dollars a month before you pay anything. If it isn't, don't subscribe, and there is nothing to refund.
How to get a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with, within 14 days of the charge. Say what happened if you feel like it — it helps us improve — but you don't have to.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record, so the refund is made through them and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link on the receipt they emailed you.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. Your subscription continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and Braveli keeps working until then.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If you want money back for a charge already taken, ask — within the 14 days above.
Your work is unaffected either way. Projects, sessions and history are files on your own Mac, not an account we hold. They remain after a subscription ends.
Outside the 14 days
We are not obliged to refund a charge more than 14 days old, but we would rather you were not out of pocket for something you stopped using. If Braveli renewed and you had genuinely forgotten about it, say so — that is usually resolved in your favour.
Charges more than one billing period old are not normally refunded.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation rights for digital purchases, those rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it. Where they give you more than 14 days, you get more than 14 days.
